Ah; so what you're telling me is that I need to update the installation, right?
Can I do that when I can't get into the manager? I assume the answer is yes, but I have to confess that we're sort of a "fire and forget" shop here and we haven't had problems up to date.

You can upgrade without accessing the Manager, in fact you need to be logged out of the Manager when you do an upgrade.
