Restrict user management workflows/permissions?

Hello,

one of my clients wants to have the permission to create/edit/delete user accounts in MODx Revo. Is it possible to grant him these permissions while restricting him to only create users in a certain user group and with a certain role? (E.g. he should only be able to create users outside of the admin user group)

I wasn't able to find anything regarding this...

Hi Paul,

Short answer: No.
Although very flexible, there is a clear gap with the MODx user management.

I had the same problem, and had to use a Custom Manager Page where I basically took the current user management page, and edited it so admin users where hidden.
Not ideal, but it worked fine!
