Out of nowhere, without any updates to the software or the server, Resources and Elements are no longer showing up. I get this error when debugging:

Running 2.2.7 T, PHP version 5.3.18, Apache version 2.2.24, MySQL version 5.1.63-cll
Odd thing, I have 2.1.0 running on the same server with no issues.
I have changed 'compress_css' => '0', 'compress_js' => '0', with no effect. I also did a fresh re-install of modx with the same issue.
I have reached my limits of how to fix this... any suggestions?
