Output filter 'ago'

Does anyone use the output filter 'ago'? I'm pretty sure it did not behave like this before but its not displaying the date efficiently e.g.



Clearly the '2 weeks' after the '10 months' is redundant...also the '4 hours' after the 4 days. Why is it doing this?

Any ideas?

It's just being accurate. The event was 10 months + two weeks ago.

Looking at the code, it doesn't appear that you can modify the output in any way, but you could write your own custom output modifier(s) based on the 'ago' code.
