Modx instalation and PHP safe_mode

Hello there, im installing MODx REVO in my shared hosting. The PHP safe_mode is off but MODx instalation keep saying that is on.

Thats the PHP info, as you can read safe_mode is off. What can i do in this case?

It all depends on where the phpinfo is being run as related to where the php.ini is defining the safe_mode setting. You may need to have a custom php.ini file in every directory where a .php file is being run. When installing, that means you would need one in the /setup directory, as well as one in the web root and in the /manager directory. Custom php.ini files are not inherited by child directories.
