Number Slider TV - It works, but there is room for improvement

I'm a extjs agnostic person, but I needed a number slider tv like the one shown here:

After some fiddling around with the documentation

and frankensteining the MODX number TV the result works as I hope for (see attachment).

There is room for improvement:
Variable width, increments and labels. this should not be a problem.

The problem that I can't solve:

How can I add labels to manager formfields with multi-language-support?

As far as I understand, I have to create a lexicon folder under
core/components/singleSlider/lexicon/en/singleSlider.php

But how do I tell singleSlider where to look for it?
