fake settings_version

An error log in System Events states that there is a fake settings_version in Event 17. Can't recall seeing it in previous versions but it doesn't cause any problems.

I believe that is expected, as MODX will not have a previous 'hash' of the tracked files. It should be fine from upgrade onwards.

I retract the last statement. I see the same issue using MODX 1.0.10
And I think I have a fix. See here:
