Hi,
I have worked with ModX for a while, but can't seem to sort this issue. When I login as the admin in to the manager, the resources list is incomplete with not all documents displaying. I can however locate the files via the 'search' area just above.
I have done the normal, empty cache, flush permissions etc. without any joy. Interesting enough its always the same files, and they are showing in the front end.
Any help welcome on this one!

I had this happen on an Evo site recently -- then it went back to normal.
What's different about those pages? Are they checked to be hidden from the menu or anything?
If a resource has an invalid parent, it will still exist and will show in the front end, but it won't be shown in the tree.
If it's a large site, another possibility is that they are there in the tree, just not where you think they are.
If you're using Articles, its resources are not shown in the tree. You can only see them by right-clicking on the Articles container and selecting "Manage Articles." Also, due to a bug in Articles, Articles created by right-clicking on the Articles container won't show up there either (not sure if they show in the front end). The solution is to go into the modx_site_content table in PhpMyAdmin and change their class_key field to Article.
Thanks for the response all. No issues with missing parents, and we are using Articles, (which were hidden for a while) but they are all showing fine. I have looked in MySQL and there is now changes between the pages that are showing and the ones that aren't.

Do you have any Resource Group Access ACL entries that might be affecting them?
I don't, but within the 'Resource Group' page the list on the right, is a reflection of the main file list, and also not showing the pages.
If I add a new page it is visible.

Also...
If I remove the blog, (articles) the pages show. And... If I move the articles container higher, all resources show.

That sounds suspicious... there is an option in the Articles class that instructs MODX to hide articles from the regular menu. I wonder if that setting is somehow slipping out of context and applying errantly to other pages elsewhere on the page?
In my 2.2.6 DB, the modx_site_content table has show_in_tree and hide_children_in_tree fields. I'm not sure if they're new in MODX or added by Articles, but it sounds like they could be a factor in your problem.
