Wayfinder Menuindex/Limit Bug or Issue - Menu Disappears

This definitely effects Evo, not sure about Revo. Someone would have to test.

Something I have noticed while working on a recent site is as follows:

When setting up Wayfinder, if you limit the output, there is a possibility that the menu won't show up at all.

Basically, when Wayfinder pulls in all of the resources that are part of the call, it does NOT differentiate between levels - it creates one array of all the resources that need to be parsed. So if you have a sort order that makes the parent resource end up at the end of all the resources, and you also have a limit parameter on there, then the parent resource won't be added to the menu because of the limit parameter, and then because there is no parent, the entire menu won't show up at all.

There is an easy work around for this; just make sure that the parent's menuindex or whatever field you are sorting from is not higher than your limit parameter. There could be a more permanent fix, but I'm not much for programming...
