    Hello MODx admins,

I am still using MODx 0.9.5 since I know its stable and works fine. And since I heard some rumors that 0.9.6 has some problems I planed to wait until 0.9.6.1 is released.

So how is your experience with 0.9.6? Ready to use for commercial and / or critical projects?

Now that 0.9.6.1 takes longer than expected I am wondering if there will there be a 0.9.6.1 release at all? I am asking because the work on 0.9.7 has already started.

    Thanks

    Bogdan

0.9.6.1 will be a few more days. Hopefully. Don’t forget that the developers mostly have day jobs as well!

0.9.7 is a total rewrite, using a totally different core. I suspect that it may be changed from 0.9.7 once it gets past a public alpha stage, but then the dev team can call it anything they want; as my old Texas Ranger father-in-law would say, they can call it "blue-done-fuzzy" it they want to grin

I only use 096 in commercial projects, but at this point I’d wait for 0961 (or grab the latest SVN trunk).

Will 0.9.6.1 fix the bug where you cannot search via AjaxSearch if you are currently logged into the front end?
