GetResources @INLINE cannot handle output filters?

    Subject says it all, but when I add an @INLINE like so &tpl=`@INLINE [[+pagetitle:ucfirst]]` it fails. In the GetResources call I have &includeTVs=`1` and &processTVs=`1` enabled just in case, but no change. Ideas?
