Problem creating elements in 2.3.0-dev

Just installed 2.3.0-dev from git. I've used Evolution a great deal awhile back but this is my first forray into Revolution and it looks great.
Got a bit of an issue when creating elements though. After entering all of the element details and clicking save i get:

Not Found
The requested URL /manager/element/chunk/update was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.22 (Ubuntu) Server at bc.local Port 80

But the element does get created, so i suspect it's just an operation notification that's missing. Looking into the folders there's no /manager/element folder. So my question is: is it the case of a folder lost during build/install or is it a bug?

why not using the official pl - version 2.2.7 ?

Yeah, I noticed the same thing when creating a TV. Everything is created fine, it's just the redirect back to editing the newly created element has a problem.

Why use 2.3 dev? Because we can wink
