    Hi,

    MODX : 2.2.0
    getResources : 1.6.0
Articles : 1.6.4 (this version was problematic - the installed version was 1.4.7 )
Quip : 2.3.2 (I did not upgrade this one)
    PHP : 5.3.24
    MySql : 5.1.68

The Packages Manager was proposing to me a new version of Articles (1.6.4). I then click on the Update button and after click on the install button, the installation process goes on and then stop, the installation fail.

Now I can not access resources in Articles (manager) an I got a blank page. But I can see the resources of Articles in the Website.

I went the MODX Extra page for Articles, I see the notice : «This version requires MODX Revolution 2.2.1+ to run. It will not work on 2.2.0; please use Articles 1.4.7 for that version.»

What is the procedure to downgrade from 1.6.4 to 1.4.7 ?

And is it normal that the Packages Manager was proposing a version of Articles that was not for my version of MODX?

Thank very much you for help.

As the error/warning suggests, Articles 1.5+ requires Revolution 2.2.1-pl to run. You really have two options here. 1: upgrade your MODX install (I would do it gradually until I have the most recent build to avoid headaches). 2: uninstall Articles 1.6.0. This option would "Downgrade" Articles to your previous install.

      I hope it helps.

        Thank treigh,

I uninstall Articles 1.6.4 , clear the cache, but that's not resolve my problem, I still can see the resources of Articles in the Manager, I got a blank page.

I will try your first option upgrade MODX gradually.

        Thank again

I update MODX to 2.2.1 and the update to Articles 1.6.4, that resolved my problems.

          Thank
