Moderator Permissions

I'm having difficulty giving Forum Moderators/Forum Administrators more permissions than modifying posts. I'd like to allow a small group to lock threads and so on.

Only my manager admin account is able to view the toolbar at the bottom that allows me to lock threads, create stickies, delete and so on.

Anyone else have this problem?

Edit: Considering another few bugs I just noticed(normal members are unable to edit their profile and all membership levels can send private message to themselves) I must have a permissions problem somewhere. [ed. note: Wickian last edited this post 10 years, 11 months ago.]
