Brand new installation of 2.2.7
PHP version 5.2.17 / FastCGI on Windows
(I am on a shared hosting (DailyRazor) environment. I tried 5.3.0 recently and was running into a continuous set of php warnings and permissions issues writing to cache ... installation never worked for 2.2.6 either so I set it back to 5.2.17 and it was working again)
Install goes smoothly, everything checks out ... log into manager and click Package Management to get a blank screen.

Happening with my new 2.2.6 install as well ... same error present in the install log. I had 2.2.6 working just days ago so I'm at a loss to know what I may have changed or overlooked to create this. Any suggestions?
