When installing 2.2.7 trad - any ideas?

Silly question - have all the requisite folders been uploaded correctly?
Yes everything was uploaded correctly - started the install again and this time no fails! ?

Host is Timico - never used them before and had no choice in the matter.
Modx now installed but had to manually remove setup folder.
