linking an image in my images folder

I am having a bit of trouble linking an image. I'll put it in a TV, but for now I am doing it the old fashioned way but I can't seem to get the path correct. The image is in

Media/assets/templates/It-Fits/assets/images/logo.jpg

I want this all the way over to the left on my page. Any help appreciated.

Try using:

I found it. Thanks Ben for the response. This is the correct path:

http://yourURLhere.modxcloud.com//assets/templates/It-Fits/assets/images/

notice the double hash in the middle to indicate the path above the first asset folder...
