Need help to create the attached format

Hi,
Please check my attachment first, so that it will be easy to understand my requirement.

Already I have created the fancy box popup. Inside the popup left hand side images and menu are done. But I am unable to call the content of those left hand side menu in right side panel.
I have tried with getResources for the content but it is not working. Even when I tired to click on the left side menu they are going into new page which I didnot want.

Please suggest.

you will need to call the contents by ajax into your fancy-box.
Add click-event-handlers to your leftside-menuitems, which fires the ajax-request to get the content.

this is more a javascript-question than a modx-one.

You can use for example jquery to load content by ajax.
