site_start URL bug after upgrading to 2.2.7

    I found a bug on 3 multilingual/context sites I run.

    After 2.2.7 this URL call doesn't work:

    [[~[[++site_start]]]]
    , it returns nothing.

    But this seems to fix the problem:

    [[~[[++site_start]]? &scheme=`abs`]]


    On one of the site the code above doesn't work at all. I suspect it might be due to CacheMaster used.

    I have to use:

    [[~[[BabelTranslation? &resourceId=`1` &contextKey=`[[*context_key]]`]]? &scheme=`abs`]]


    to workaround the issue.
