    Hi there,
Someone put together this site in modx evo. http://www.bfah.net
Awhile back the images stopped working and the company called me to ask if I could fix it.

I've never built a site in modx and I am at a loss.

The images work fine when you login in and edit the resource in manager, but they only display a broken link on the website.

The large images and images that have a path in the templates seem to be working but not the thumbnail versions.

As far as I can tell, the site uses PHPthumb.
Also an issue...they tell me the site was recently moved to (my least fave host) GoDaddy.

I have been digging through and string at code for two nights now. How anyone experienced similar issues in the past or can maybe steer me in the right direction?

    thanks so much

phpThumb can be a problem if the host does not fully support GD and ImageMagic. I have had more success for a number of years using a snippet called MiniPhoto with Evo on just about any host I can think of. http://modx.com/extras/package/miniphoto?version=4d556b4cb2b083396d000513 (don't worry about the deprecation message; that is the latest version).

Thanks very much. But I didnt build the site, just trying to fix it after a move, so I am not ready to try and rebuild areas without seeing if I can fix it first. Also, there seems to to more than one problem and being so new to modx and not having built the site- I am not sure if they are related or not.

        1. The article thumbnails generated on the website are not finding the correct path to the image (the full size images seem to be working). I am assuming this is a phpthumb issue? You can see the broken thumbnail image links all over the web site... http://bfah.net

        2. When using the modx manager to edit an image, tinymce's Resource Browser can't preview the files in the assets/images folder. It see the file names, but not the image preview. Also selecting an image to be placed on the page results in a broken image on the page.
