Hi, I recently migrated a site to a new server and now I can get to the manager but I cannot see the leftbar to create documents or template, and all section of the manager are blank. I can see the main menu but whatever I click does not return any content... not sure what could be wrong. Any help is welcome. Many thanks

Try getting into the database and in the system_settings table set the compress_css and compress_js settings to 0. In the files, delete all of the directories under the core/cache/ directory. Clear your browser cache and cookies for the domain.

Could you tell us more about your hosting environment?
I've just got this problem on a 2.2.6 new installation. I managed to login, download some packages and install them but now when I log in all pages in the Manager are blank. I can't even get to the error log or create new resources (but i can duplicate them). Every page in the manager is blank.
Can anyone suggest possible fix?
