QuickEdit Driving Me Nuts!

I have an intermittent problem with QuickEdit links appearing sometimes on a page and then disappearing. I thought that this might be a caching issue but I’ve tried lots of variations with no success. For what it’s worth I’m using Friendly URLs and this site is on a shared hosting server.

A similar issue arises on other sites on this shared server, so I’m now thinking that it’s either a server (htaccess?) issue or maybe just the way that I have configured these sites.

Any thoughts would be most welcome. Is there a way of debugging the display of QuickEdit, so that I can see why it is working intermittently?

Indeed sounds like a Server-Side issue, and the fact it is a ’vhost’ or shared server probably doesn’t help. I think the issue would lie in the PHP configuration.

Try creating a page outside of modx with this..



Paste the output so we can look into it.
