MODX Revolution 2.2.6-pl cache issue

Hi,

In need of help as my dev guy is on Holiday. When i upload an image it doesn't appear in my browser or in the CMS. Yet when I look a the CMS or site on another computer I can see that it has updated. I have tried clearing the ModX cache, but there is no change. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to force the cache to clear? Is it the server that is caching?

Any help would be greatly recieved

Have you tried clearing your browser cache? The server may be set up to have a forced browser cache on images through htaccess or something.
