    Would it be possible to have a button in the top bar of the grid to close/open it?

      I refresh and rejoin the question.
      It would be a great feature if you have more than 50+ list items.

      EDIT: Of course I'm talking about back-end part.
      Maybe table with pagination (and possibly search)like in System Settings or Lexicon Management [ed. note: jacqbus last edited this post 12 years, 8 months ago.]

        As soon, as you have really many items, you should think about using a custom-table for them and use a MIGXdb - TV to manage them.
        Then pagination and possibility to add search and filters is there out of the box.

          you can buy me a beer, if you like MIGX

          That's a lot more than I had in mind. I just want a button in the upper corner of the grid to hide/show the grid below the header. It should just be a simple ExtJS addition to the grid definition.

          From the research I've done it looks like there's no easy way to enable such a feature. However, you can have an accordion with a grid in it... http://docs.sencha.com/extjs/4.1.3/#!/example/layout/accordion.html

            I know. I just thought is there possibility to expand that with a low cost.

            @Bruno17
            I'll try MIGXdb. Just fledgling in MIGX extension and i'm trying resolve problems with myself (analyzing the code).

            Thanks for reply smiley
