Problem with domain

Hi, I am running modx 2.1.2 (i think) on a server with a domain sklepgust.pl pointing to a folder “gust”. Today I was trying to get in to my manager sklepgust.pl/manager but got redirected to name_of_my_server/gust/manager -a correct path from the server point of view but instead of that it should be sklepgust.pl/manager/ so everything was messed up. When I try the site it goes to name_of_my_server/gust/ and also inherits styling from the root of my server where I have another modx installation. Any ideas ? (.htaccess on sklepgust.pl is inactive and my technical support said that domain is working correctly)
