Although you've already tried it I do find blank manager pages are usually down to a conflict between compressed and uncompressed javascript/css.

I'm not sure if this is a question, but let me answer it just in case. I've had my share of blank manager pages after upgrades and usually the core/cache folder is guilty. First step, I'd suggest to manually empty it.

Repeat, this wasn't a question I posted, it was an answer to someone elses question. I think they deleted their post and the forum made it look like I was OP.

For others finding this, emptying the cache folder is good, but it's also often necessary to clear your browser cache and cookies. A leftover cookie or an obsolete file in the browser's java cache can cause all kinds of weirdness.

Second that one, have to do it especially after upgrades.
