How to upload files over 10MB?

I can't upload files over 10MB I've set the value of max upload file to 100MB but still can't do this.
Flushed permissions and sessions also don't work, apache was restarted, twice.

I think you have to ask your hosting provider, thats how I do it..

what about post_max_size and max_execution_time?
Also check the modx system setting upload_maxsize.

Do keep in mind that the HTTP protocol was never really intended for hauling big files around, that's the job of the FTP protocol.

also dont forget php ini value upload_max_filesize (alongside with post_max_size, which should a be a little bit bigger than upload_max_filesize)

The webserver itself can also limit HTTP upload size. http://linuxpoison.blogspot.co.il/2010/06/limit-file-upload-size-on-apache.html
NGINX has the client_max_body_size setting to do the same thing.
