We are playing with a layout, that has the latest post full width of the column, then subsequent older posts in rows at two posts per row.
In order to pull it off smoothly, we would need an odd number of posts per page for the first page, then an even count for the remaining (ie: 5 posts on page 1, 6 posts on all subsequent pages).
Is there an easy way to pull this off with Articles? Two parts as best I can figure, a way to count article number (to determine which article teaser tempate to work with) and a way to specify article count for different pages.
Also is there a comprehensive list available somewhere of all the placeholders / template variables that are available to be used with Articles and its associated programs? I have been slowly dissecting the sample templates, but it would be sweet to see everything in one list, especially if it had info on each.

Well I am guessing a lack of replies equals a lack of that functionality. Guess our layout goes back to the drawing board.
