301 redirects

how can I list 301 redirects on the cloud?
OR
is there .htaccess editing setup yet?

Cloud is nginx, so no .htaccess.

ok wait don't delete it just yet.
works fine on root page redirects but not on foldered pages

rewrite ^/Practice-Areas/Wrongful-Termination\.shtml /practice-areas/tampa-wrongful-termination-lawyer.html permanent;

just redirects to /practice-areas/

folder to folder does work /Practice-Areas/ to /practice-areas/

any ideas?
