    Hi there!
I had an AVS mismatch at first (don`t know why, maybe that happened because I put my company name in the address2 field? - did that because the card is on my personal name and I just wanted the additional information to be there), and when I then left that field blank I received an "Error: There was an error processing your credit card: A duplicate transaction has been submitted. (Response Reason Code: 11)" message. Got no emails, though.
    Any help on this one?
    Cheers, Alex

You’ve got a duplicate session issue it seems. If you quit your browser and resubmit, you should be OK.

        Thanks for the help, Ryan!
But I got an AVS mismatch error again sad . No idea what that is all about. I even looked up my working paypal account because of the hyphens in my address, but that`s not it. The only thing I could come up with now is the state/province entry, as I never filled that out anywhere else, I think... But as it IS the province I live in, that would mean there is a db error somewhere in the validation process. Seems unlikely to me, though. No further ideas now, maybe I just try again tomorrow.
        All the best, Alex

        EDIT:
It seems I’m not getting anywhere. The error message reads: "The transaction resulted in an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder. (Response Reason Code: 27)"
But that IS my address in correct spelling, and although I haven’t used this card for very long, I don’t have problems paying a US and a Japanese hoster with it through paypal. huh Do I have to insert the country code letter in front of my postal number? I didn’t try that one. Or do you have possibly have any ideas on whom I should contact about this issue?

          Hi,
I am also getting the exact same error messages as the previous poster:

an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder. (Response Reason Code: 27)

I am living in Switzerland (the previous poster is from Germany).
I have a feeling the problem is with the mandatory field for "State/Province"

State / Province does not appear anywhere on my Credit Card statement. I contacted the Credit Card company and they do not have any fields in their system that relate to "state/province" as they just use the Postcode. (they also said there is no way to add this "state/province" information).

I have tried all the other suggested fixes mentioned here and in other posts but with no success.
Do you have another way around this issue? (maybe PayPal?)
          Should i contact FoxyCart?

          Thanks,
          Michael

Hello Michael, please PM me and we’ll get this sorted out. The address info can be a bit foofy and I may try to relax the AVS requirements since we’re not shipping physical goods so fraud concerns are greatly reduced. Thanks for your patience.
