Could you try accessing the site from a different computer or at least a different browser?
OK so after hours of digging I found it was the plugin 'Quick ManagerManger'. Unfortunetly when I tried to remove it from the database table 'snippets' I was unable to use the back end of the site.
Heres what I ended up doing:
1.Backed site and database up
2.Deleted all of the site off the server
3.Deleted all of the database off the server
4.Installed latest version of Evo afresh
5. Copied across the following database tables from the old database: modx_categories.sql, modx_site_content.sql, modx_site_htmlsnippets.sql, modx_site_templates.sql, modx_site_tmplvar_templates.sql, modx_site_tmplvars.sql
6. Copied across images and CSS files
7. Reinstalled plugins

There is no plugin "Quick ManagerManager". There is "QuickManager+" and "ManagerManager", two different plugins. Neither of them have anything to do with the site_snippets database table, so I cannot imagine what you actually saw.
Plugins can be disabled from the Manager if they are misbehaving. There is a checkbox "Plugin disabled" when you edit the plugin.
Did you do a full backup of your site before making the upgrade? You must always backup a site before you do anything to it, since there is always a chance that something can go wrong.
If you have a plugin of Quick ManagerManager in your plugins from what i can tell you have had a SQL Injection attack on your system if you look at the source code of your site just before the </body> tag you will see some code that shouldn't belong that is pointing to some urls.
I know cause i had the same plugin show up on a few of my older modX sites and now I am in the process of upgrading them all after removing that plugin as it removes the code.
