TinyMCE Fail to Unintsal -> Fatal Error No such file or directory in include.cache.php

After i have removed TinyMCE I'm getting the following error while trying to edit any document:

Fatal error: require_once() [<a href='function.require'>function.require</a>]: Failed opening required '.../core/components/tinymce/tinymce.class.php' (include_path='.;C:\php\pear') in ...\core\cache\includes\elements\modplugin\2.include.cache.php on line 26

here are errors during the removal of the package:
Removed modPlugin instance with primary key 2
Skipping modPluginEvent object (data object does not exist and cannot be removed): Array ( [pluginid] => 0 [event] => OnRichTextBrowserInit )
Skipping modPluginEvent object (data object does not exist and cannot be removed): Array ( [pluginid] => 0 [event] => OnRichTextEditorRegister )

MODX Revolution 2.2.6-pl (traditional)

Check your setting

which_editor

in your systemsettings. Perhaps it still has TinyMCE as value.

Also make sure setting

use_editor

has No zero as value.

The plugin may not have gotten deleted; make sure it's deleted in the Resource Tree. Also delete all the folders in the core/cache/ folder.

I never changed any configuration settings. Just installed to look what it is and was trying to remove. Finally I came to the following solution:
1) Uninstall the package using restore possibility option
2) Remove

This worked for me. So it seems that MODx package removal tool a bit buggy.
