It's up to you; I'm not going to get back into active Evo development, I simply don't have the time. I just wanted to offer something I had worked on for Evo before I switched full-time attention to Revo. I had found the login and welcome pages being in the assets/templates/manager folder like that to be annoying, since every upgrade would overwrite any customization. It seemed more logical to have all custom themeing in one place, where upgrades wouldn't bother it. How that is implemented is really irrelevant; I just offered my solution.
