Changing Domain Name

Can anybody point me in the direction of a comprehensive guide to changing the domain name of a site?

Currently built under dev.mysite.co.uk and want to change to mysite.co.uk.

I think all you have to do is create a Context Setting with site_url and http_host and specify the values for your site, that should take care of it.

If you have never dealt with Context Settings I recommend you read my tutorial.

If that doesn't work then you might need to edit your config.inc.php in the core/config folder just search for:



and replace the value with your new domain.

I can confirm this method has worked for me. Edit line 62 of /core/config/config.inc.php
