Why Modxresourcewizard isn't being used?

I just noticed there is a snippet/module/plugin installer for Evolution while installing getfield
http://modx.com/extras/package/modxresourcewizard

Does anyone knows why this never is being used, would be great to have this standard in Evo like Rev does.

That was a long time ago; Scotty Delicious was very good, and developed a number of remarkable add-ons; TreasureChest, WebLoginPE, SkinGraft. Then family and other responsibilities intruded, and he dropped out of sight. So unless somebody picks up on this to make sure it still works, and can update and support it, I'd be a bit hesitant to recommend it. Actually, the download link is broken anyway.

I haven't tried it, indeed the main download link is broken, I do see some downloadlink here;

Dunno what the future of Evo will be (Modx 3), it do think Evo will be used for at least a couple of years.

I guess you haven't noticed, but Evo's on a roll again. 1.0.10RC is very nice.

I got it from a forum post https://forums.modx.com/thread/83325/modx-1-0-10-rc-need-testers So far the only "bugs" I've run across are some left-over Russian and Japanese language strings, and some odd translations into English from the same.
