I’d like configure tinyMCE to include my css styles in the styles menu button - i believe that some template tweaking is needed for this but am not sure where to go about this for modx. Can anyone advise please???

Goto Tools -> Configuration, click on "Interface & Features". Scroll down and look for "Path to CSS file"
Add your CSS file path here, it should be from server root.
