How can I easely set up an editor user permission

Dear,
When I finished a MODx web site, I like to provide Editor permission to the owner of the web site.
For exemple, he has limited tab; he can not modify the TV, template, snipest etc.

But I think very complicatze and long to setup it.

Is there an easy way to do it?
For exemple, if I am satified with a setup of a prenious MODx web site, how I can export the Access polcies?

So, the goal, it to let user to modify the content and setting ressources only.
