I have a form working, email is sending - all is well. Locally, the site even redirects to the correct page.
I move the project out to my server and everything still works great. I get an email - but the system does not redirect at all.
I get this error in the logs:

do get that error locally as well. I'm not sure what FormIt is looking for that it's not getting back?
