Wierd code being added before the opening head

As the title says I've got some code being added before the opening head on my site:



I've checked the normal places like the index.php, core/config, htaccess files but can't see anything in there that would cause this and nothing in the templates / chunks, has anyone seen this before ? have googled the link but everything is in french :/

Ahh right, thanks Susan. I presume it's showing because I'm connecting through my phone then.

Looks like an ISP modifies content to make pages load faster on/through mobile devices. It improves the user experience for (among other things) so that things such as images appear faster.
