1, How to display "read count" in the document? I’d like to show the visitor count to a blog post, like most blog systems do.
2, How to get and display posts count under a certain tag? Now I have tag label as sub menu and I want to display document count beside the label.
For instance, my side may look like this,

I’d like to display the document count in "xx". Again, like most blog systems do.
3, Now I use WayFinder to display the menu. If it can’t work with Ditto to show the posts count, I don’t mind to change the menu to a static one.
4, For simple menu like I mentioned in question 2, I think I don’t need WayFinder. A static menu is enough. Am I right?
5, The Ditto version in Modx 0.9.6 is 1.0.x, should I upgrade it to 2.0.x?
I’m a little frustrated that I can’t find the parameter "startID" in the online Ditto document because it has be replaced with "parents".
