I am using 2.2.6 Revolution
I am using Bob's guide Step-by-step Tutorial for setting manager users... When I get the user setup and test the user the logout link at the top right hand corner disappears and I can't log out the user.
Has anyone have any idea why it disappears.

The permissions for the user doesn't include logging out. Find the relevant Access Policy for the user's group and check the logout checkbox to give the permission.
Let me know if you have suggestions for improving the tutorial (with a link to it, please).
