Well, as far as I know the "pull" request hasn't been dealt with yet, so don't get excited. It only involves changes of two files, manager/includes/accesscontrol.inc.php and manager.lockout.inc.php. All I did was copy the same code from manager/actions/welcome.static.php so that it checks the system theme folder for the template files before it uses those from assets/templates/manager.
