Does anybody know why bcc doesn´t work in modPHPMailer?

I´d guess that this would be the correct call

As far as I can tell, that should work, assuming that $bcc is an email address.

I've never used the BCC option, so it could be a bug in the MODX mailer.

Do you see anything in the error log?

The BCC option works fine for me using the indicated syntax on Revo 2.2.8. My guess would be that there's either something wrong with the contents of the $bcc variable or with your mail subsystem.
