    Good afternoon.

I have a small doubt about installing MODx.

At the first step of installation it asks to set the default folder and file permission

In my case, it propose 0777 for the field "new folder permission" and 0666 for the filed "new file permission"

Should I leave it as it is proposed?
    777 for folder ??

    Cheers

I wouldn't do that. Should make it 755. Wich version are you installing, i can't imagine it is actually proposing that. ;-)

But it is a bit surising that it prooses 0777. no?
