I've set up Archivist to allow browsing of old news posts in a Revo 2.2.6 site. The issue is that my Archivist call which I place as a link on the news pages seems to interpret the URL as a series of subfolders, which of course breaks all the CSS, menu links and image links (although the archive poage content is outputted).
On my news pages (set in the page template) I have this call:
[[!Archivist? &target=`29` &parents=`24`]]
My Archives page (with alias archive-news, and set as a container) is ID 29, and 24 is the ID of the container page for the various news pages.
I created a sample news page inside its container, and the link to it is correct when I hover on the Archives link above:
http://mysite/archive-news/2013/03
But when I click the link and go to this page the CSS and links are all broken. If I view the properties of an image for example, it shows this:
http://mysite/archive-news/2013/images/logo.png
Whereas it should simply be
http://mysite/images/logo.png
It looks as if it has a problem with the slash after 2013 and is interpreting the page and its content as being within a subfolder?
It doesn't seem to matter whether I set the Archives page to be a container or not- same thing happens.
Interesting if I change the Archives page to NOT be a container and manually browse to
http://mysite/archive-news.html2013 (Note: no slashes) that page displays fine- but obviously I need the month pages to display.
