Formit custom captcha issue

I don't know if i am asking this question right, i am sure that the experts of this forum will help me.

Actually, i am using recaptcha on one of my form: http://www.insuranceagencytexas.com/agentopportunities.html, now i want to make it a custom math captcha e.g "how many people are thr in the header image" and the answer should be always '3'.

Don't know how to do this, many many thanks in advance.

I would advise against using any method where the answer is always the same. A hacker only has to visit the form once to use it remotely from then on.
