Unable to edit Articles using NewsPublisher

I have a blog set up using the Articles extra with a resource id of 20

In my articles template (id 5) I have the NewsPublisher button call:

[[!NpEditThisButton? 
    &np_id=`46` 
    &bottom=`5px` 
    &right=`5px`
    &debug=`1`
]]

Where 46 is the resource id of my resource for editing blog posts. In this resource I have the call:

[[!NewsPublisher
    &parentid=`20`
    &template=`5`
    &classkey=`Article`
    &hidemenu=`1`
]]

But when I click the button I don't get any editable fields just a blank page or the template output if I give the NewsPublisher page (46) a template.

I'm logging in as the administrator and the Articles resource isn't assigned to any Resource groups.

When I log in the login snippet has &contexts=`web,mgr`

I don't get any errors in the manager error log, or in /log/error.log or /log/nginx_error.log or in /www/core/cache/logs/error.log

I'm using Revo 2.2.6 on the Cloud hosting
with NewPublisher version 1.4.2
and Articles 1.6.4

What have I missed, any ideas?

Ok, if I remove all the variables and just have the call as

[[!NewsPublisher]]

I can edit the existing Articles posts.

But obviously I can't create a new one. I'll add the properties one at a time and see what happens ....

Why is it always something so small that trips you up?
