MODX Club in Minsk, first meeting in March, 13

Hello.

In March, 13 we organized first meeting of our local MODX Club in Minsk, Belarus. Only 9 people did come, but they are a new participants and it's very good. At first we plans upgrade site of local community and make it better for communication between users. Also we plans to meet the club once at month at first time, and once at two weeks through few monthes.
