I am setting up a new ModX site and going through the general install of addons etc and I’ve noticed that the download section has multiple versions of most addons.
For example I download the MCE update to find that I downloaded the 2.0.6.1 version to later find the 2.1.2 version on later pages. (Ended up switching to Xinha anyway.)
Its a minor inconvenience but I was wondering why there should be 9 versions of a particular addon, when really you only need the latest stable version.
I’ve found that most addons have multiple versions listed and care needs to be taken in ensuring you are getting the latest.
The is only 3 different editors available yet 15 show up in the list.
I think modx is great and many of the addons improve the overall system and it would be good if downloads were simpler to find correct versions.
Just a minor thought - keep up the good work.
