System Settings for WP in Cloud

What are the System Setting I need to adjust in order to have a wordpress install in my Cloud?

Right now, I have an empty container suffix and alias path set to No. The indx page of my WP install displays fine, but the post and pages revert to my MODX template.

I routinely troubleshoot other people's Wordpress sites (I know) and I want to continue to do so.
